YOLO….
Here are some hairstyles that I like. These are becoming so of the normal haircuts men are getting due to famous stars like those above making them iconic.
- Michael Pitt’s hair from top to sides doesn’t really have a smooth blend, just an abrupt edge, but it works and we like it.
- David Beckham is known for being a connoissuer of hairstyles. Hist most recent haircut is one that is making its way to the forefront, a soft side part. We don’t need that super slick part anymore like you see in Mad Men.
- If you want a fade, take this picture of Tom Hardy to your barber. It is perfect. The area where the blend is suppose to happen is left longer, this is how a fade should look, not one of those descending lines that are really cut low.
- Elvis Presley’s hair is very iconic and is probably the best hair in history. He has a special way of doing his pompadour, not like you would think. Instead of just sweeping all the hair back, he takes the sides and kind of sweeps it up, leaving only the real sides to go far back.
- Johnny Depp’s hair from Public Enemies was very stylish. He had a 1930s standard haircut; long, parted in the middle, and a low fade to make the hair stand out. He had his sideburn area shaved, and the on the back, his hair line to midpoint is faded.
- Here is a picture from Details magazine of a perfect soft side part, just a beautiful thing.
- If you’re one of those guys who likes his hair short, especially since it is warming up outside, try doing something stylish. Do what Tatum does here, a slightly off set fauxhawk with the sides shaved with a number two or one.
- Gosling is a staple of fashion, and his hair is as well. Just another version of a part.
- Ewan McGregor’s hair in GQ was amazing. Sort of like Michael Pitt, just another look.
- Here is what a buzz cut should look like, displayed by actor Michael B. Jordan.
